URBAN REDEVELOPMENT

CEDAR HILL

 The City of Cedar hill has formally announced its partnership with Lake-Moreno Partners, LLC. A 40,000 square feet will be redeveloped at W. Belt Line Road and Broad Street, in Cedar Hill, Texas. Mixed used such as restaurant, retail and office space will create a magnet for entertainment for the community of Cedar Hill. There will also be a tiny home concept, live/work space component. The urban redevelopment project is to give the residents an uplift while maintaining the There will also be a residential component to the project to make it an all-in-one place. The new concepts and designs will give both visitors and residents a taste of urban redevelopment while maintaining the originality of the historic area.  

Construction is expected to start in mid- to late-October 2022, expected to take 14 months.
